Job Summary

A company is looking for a First Party Physical Damage and/or Cargo Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage first party physical damage cargo claims throughout the entire claim life cycle, including customer service and technical expertise
• Provide recommendations for loss reserving, claim negotiation, and resolution
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and statutory regulations

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Must maintain current and valid adjuster licenses in Florida, Texas, and New York
• Experience working on cargo claims
• Strong working knowledge of insurance laws
• Experience at a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) company is a plus
