Licensed Case Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Case Management Operations to join their Clinical Care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the Case Management department strategy to achieve affordability outcomes
• Develop direct reports and maintain accountability for team responsibilities and outcomes
• Manage financial performance and program initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• 6+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of experience in program design, particularly in Case Management
• 3+ years of experience driving medical cost savings and health outcomes in Case Management
• Clinical licensure (clinical social worker, pharmacist, RN) and experience with Excel/Google Sheets
