Job Summary
Providing telephonic and virtual case management, the part-time Licensed Case Manager will take CrisisNow calls, support crisis intervention efforts, and coordinate care for members while working remotely on weekends from 12 AM to 12:30 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Take CrisisNow calls and provide immediate support to callers presenting through the CrisisNow Line
- Coordinate care with TimelyCare providers and external resources, developing individualized care plans for members
- Monitor member progress and advocate for appropriate levels of care, including higher levels when necessary
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in the mental health field, such as professional counseling or social work
- Active and unrestricted clinical license preferred or required based on role scope
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting with direct patient care, crisis management, and case management
- Experience in crisis intervention and case management within a call center or virtual care environment
- Strong understanding of telehealth best practices and member-centered care
