Job Summary

A company is looking for a CBT Psychologist Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the structure and flow of a mental health program rooted in behavioral science
• Contribute to content development for various learning formats while ensuring clinical accuracy and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to define outcome metrics and evaluate program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a strong foundation in behavioral therapies
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent license
• 3+ years of independently licensed clinical experience with the adult population
• Deep expertise in traditional CBT and experience with chronic pain patients
• Familiarity with digital health or telehealth delivery
