Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (II or III) for a part-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling to members through various communication methods to monitor their recovery progress
  • Complete initial assessments and offer therapeutic strategies to help members overcome temptations and cravings
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive member experience and provide feedback for product development

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in delivering CBT and behavioral support for substance use disorders
  • MS/MA or BS/BA in a related field
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Medication Assisted Treatments, and Relapse Prevention
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals from different disciplines
  • Hold an active state credential issued by a state credentialing board and recognized by a national credentialing body
