Licensed Chief Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Engineer - Asset Condition Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering and maintenance staff, including hiring and training
• Manage operational accounts, including budgeting and variance reporting
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and implement preventive maintenance programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 7+ years of related work experience in a commercial property setting
• Vocational/Technical training certificate and appropriate trade licenses
• Financial knowledge for understanding budgets and reporting
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
