Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Engineer responsible for leading engineering staff and managing operations for assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering and maintenance staff, including hiring and training
• Manage operational accounts and assist in the development of operating and capital budgets
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and implement preventive maintenance programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 7+ years of related work experience in a commercial property setting
• Vocational/Technical training certificate and appropriate trade license/permit
• Financial knowledge for understanding budgets and variances
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems and basic computing skills
