Job Summary
To support the expansion of a Christian Counseling program, Licensed Christian Counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) will provide remote, flexible counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, integrating faith with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and adolescent counseling services via secure telehealth
- Integrate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions when requested by clients and clinically appropriate
- Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Good standing with the licensing board and possession of malpractice insurance
- Eligibility to provide telehealth services
- Strong commitment to integrating Christian faith into counseling practices
- Excellent documentation and clinical decision-making skills
