Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Moderate Claims Adjuster - Remote (EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate complex represented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist claims and specialized claims
• Negotiate and settle claims with customers, vendors, and third parties while ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of claims processes and decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in handling 3rd Party Bodily Injury claims
• 2-5 years of GA claims experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
