Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently adjudicates claims through investigation, evaluation, and negotiation
• Determines coverage, establishes reserves, and negotiates settlements
• Maintains high availability for insureds and colleagues while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the Resident State/Designated State and New York
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledgeable in insurance products and industry expertise
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must maintain impeccable attendance and demonstrate reliability
