Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full claims lifecycle for complex or escalated cases across multiple lines of business
• Interpret and apply policy language to ensure accurate and equitable claim outcomes
• Lead peer quality reviews and provide mentorship to junior claims representatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on insurance claims experience (auto, property, or travel preferred)
• Active adjuster license (multi-state preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex or high-value claims independently
• Demonstrated ability to interpret policy language and apply it accurately
• Proficient with digital claims tools and CRM systems
