Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster, Complex Commercial Excess Liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-severity commercial excess liability claims
• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate liability, causation, and damages
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and prepare large-loss reports and executive summaries

Required Qualifications

• Independent Adjusters License in home state with eligibility for other jurisdictions
• 3+ years of experience handling complex commercial liability claims, preferably with excess/umbrella layers
• Demonstrated expertise in catastrophic injury and multi-party litigation
• Bachelor's degree; JD, legal training, or risk management experience preferred
• Prior experience at a major commercial carrier or excess casualty specialty market preferred
