Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Review, evaluate, and settle wellness, illness, and accident claims
Communicate efficiently with pet parents and veterinary clinics regarding claims-related inquiries
Assist other departments by answering questions and completing claims-related tasks

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician
Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) preferred
