Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Adjuster Claims Representative to handle customer auto claims and provide support.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to file/document claims following an accident
• Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
• Communicate with medical providers and other insurance entities to facilitate claims

Required Qualifications

• Must possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
