Job Summary

Licensed Claims Adjuster, responsible for providing exceptional service by efficiently processing claims and handling medical documents in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and settle wellness, illness, and accident claims
• Communicate efficiently with pet parents and veterinary clinics regarding claims-related inquiries
• Achieve internal goals for processing efficiencies set by the Claims Leadership Team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician
• Proactive and detail-oriented individual
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to accept personal responsibility for tasks and actions
