Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage Auto Liability claims by analyzing exposure, interacting with involved parties, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims using analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting with various parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
