Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time remote position will efficiently process pet insurance claims, handle medical documentation, and ensure high customer satisfaction through direct communication with pet parents and veterinary clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and settle wellness, illness, and accident claims
• Calculate coverage amounts accurately while minimizing errors and processing time
• Communicate efficiently with pet parents and veterinary clinics regarding claims-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility
