Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to pet parents, the full-time Licensed Claims Adjuster will efficiently process claims, handle medical documents, and communicate with clients and veterinary clinics remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and settle wellness, illness, and accident claims
• Calculate coverage amounts accurately while minimizing errors and processing time
• Communicate efficiently with pet parents and veterinary clinics regarding claims-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to customer service
