Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims operations team, the full-time Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage the assessment and settlement of claims remotely, ensuring timely processing and effective communication with customers while adhering to established guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day claims activities, including actions, emails, and payments for new claims
• Own the assessment and approval of claims within designated authority and fraud thresholds
• Handle customer inquiries regarding claims status and policy coverage, building rapport to expedite resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Active U.S. state Adjuster License in good standing (multi-state or reciprocal licenses preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience handling customer queries online, ideally with litigations
• Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a related field or equivalent is desirable
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
