Job Summary

Working remotely, the Comprehensive Personal Liability Represented Claims Adjuster will investigate and settle moderately complex and complex claims, analyze coverage, and negotiate settlements while ensuring compliance with policy provisions.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle claims in accordance with business unit best practices
• Review policy language and analyze coverage to determine claim value
• Act as the primary point of contact for policyholder attorneys, leading direct negotiations to resolve disputes efficiently

Required qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in claims adjusting
• Active Adjuster License
• Strong negotiating and policy interpretation experience
