Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents to determine liability and assess damages
• Communicate with customers through various channels to guide them through the claims process
• Negotiate claims settlements with customers and other parties involved in the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of claims adjusting experience
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation preferred
• Ability to interpret policies and determine coverage
• Must obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license within 60 days of hire if required
• Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work
