Licensed Claims Adjuster II

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Licensed Claims Adjuster II will investigate automobile accidents, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Independently investigate casualty claims and determine liability through detailed reviews and policy interpretation
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video chat to facilitate a smooth claims process
• Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with various stakeholders, employing effective negotiation tactics

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of claims adjusting experience, particularly in determining liability
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation preferred
• Proficiency in assessing coverage and property damage claims
• Ability to secure necessary adjuster and/or appraiser licenses within 60 days of hire
• Strong critical thinking skills to navigate complex claims situations effectively
