Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independent Licensed Claims Adjuster - Team Manager - (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the performance of a team of Consultants to meet and exceed KPI targets
• Manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team
• Coach and mentor Consultants, providing feedback and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active Claims Adjuster License in good standing for at least 2 years
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
