Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Claims Advocate to manage commercial property and inland marine claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims related to commercial property and inland marine damage
• Investigate claim damages and determine coverage through analysis of data and policy terms
• Facilitate claim resolutions and provide excellent customer service to policyholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims handling experience, preferably in commercial property claims
• Knowledge of claims processes, policy language, and insurance industry practices
• Experience with Xactimate and XactContents software
• Adjusters license required, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• 2+ years of experience handling fire and water losses
