Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Claims Advocate focusing on Commercial Property and Inland Marine.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims related to commercial property and commercial inland marine damage
• Investigate claim damages and determine coverage through analysis of investigation data and policy terms
• Facilitate claim resolutions ensuring fair settlement and excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims handling experience with a focus on commercial property claims preferred
• Adjusters license required with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Experience with Xactimate and XactContents software is required
• 2+ years of experience handling fire and water losses
• Knowledge of claims processes, policy language, and insurance industry practices is required
