Licensed Claims Advocate

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor for commercial insurance clients, the full-time Licensed Claims Advocate will manage claims processes, provide strategic support, and collaborate with clients and insurance carriers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary claims resource for assigned commercial clients
• Monitor and manage open claims, ensuring timely communication among all parties
• Identify opportunities to reduce claim costs and improve risk management outcomes

Required qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• 5+ years of experience in commercial claims, insurance, risk management, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and claim processes
• Experience with property and casualty and commercial lines claims is preferred
• Proficiency with claims systems, agency management platforms, and Microsoft Office
