Job Summary

Managing medium to large complex claims, the full-time Licensed Claims Advocate Lead will provide policy interpretation, collaborate with legal counsel, and ensure effective communication with clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee claims status and coordinate actions among clients, brokers, and adjusters to facilitate claims processing
  • Prepare coverage arguments and advocate for clients in claims meetings with various stakeholders
  • Analyze claims data and prepare loss valuations for client review and underwriting purposes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Eight or more years of related work experience in brokerage or insurance
  • Possession of CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM preferred
  • Valid Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license
  • In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage and risk management concepts
