Job Summary
Managing medium to large complex claims, the full-time Licensed Claims Advocate Lead will provide policy interpretation, collaborate with legal counsel, and ensure effective communication with clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee claims status and coordinate actions among clients, brokers, and adjusters to facilitate claims processing
- Prepare coverage arguments and advocate for clients in claims meetings with various stakeholders
- Analyze claims data and prepare loss valuations for client review and underwriting purposes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight or more years of related work experience in brokerage or insurance
- Possession of CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM preferred
- Valid Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage and risk management concepts
