Licensed Claims Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Attorney - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigated claims to expedite settlements and control litigation costs
• Participate in discussions to evaluate risk and establish settlement parameters
• Provide legal opinions and present internal training seminars related to claims and insurance matters

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate and license to practice law
• Three years of litigation experience focusing on personal injury and/or property claims
• Trial experience preferred
• Background in insurance law, tort law, and/or property law
• Knowledge of the operations and requirements of insurance companies
