Licensed Claims Contract Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Contract Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claim documents and prepare detailed responses to inquiries from claimants and counsel
• Field complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
• Receive training and oversight from project directors and team members while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Litigation experience preferred
• Class action and/or mass tort experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility
