Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized risk management and claims avoidance mitigation advice
• Investigate, evaluate, and monitor defense of complex professional liability claims
• Negotiate resolution of claims and develop strategic direction on significant construction disputes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in complex civil litigation, preferably in the construction arena
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in any of the 50 United States
• Interest in construction projects
• Capable of independent work and efficient organization
