Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Service Representative who will provide outstanding administrative, claim, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships
• Set reserves, make payments, and document file activity accurately
• Provide fair and timely claim disposition consistent with company standards

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year related experience required
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of claims investigation and settlement procedures
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
