Job Summary

Working remotely from home, the full-time Licensed Claims Resolution Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough liability investigations and make decisions on claims
• Engage with claimants through various communication channels to guide them through the claims process
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, and third parties in accordance with legal standards

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Casualty Bodily Injury claims
• Proven experience in claims investigation and negotiation
• Familiarity with liability investigations and coverage assessments
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Critical thinking skills for effective evaluation and negotiation of claims
