Job Summary

Supervising a team of commercial auto claims adjusters, the fully remote Licensed Claims Supervisor will lead the claims process, promote best practices, and manage workloads to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and encourage a liability claims team to handle various caseloads effectively
• Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage adjuster hiring, training, and performance to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Active adjuster's license in all relevant jurisdictions
• At least 8 years of supervisory experience in claims management
• Experience handling Commercial Auto Liability Claims as an adjuster
