Licensed Client Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Client Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients, addressing inquiries related to financial planning and insurance coverage
• Initiate calls and emails to manage the client pipeline and respond to marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve workflow objectives and maintain subject matter expertise in products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge
• FINRA Series 6/63 and Life and Health licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CENTRAL, Monday through Friday
