Job Summary
Managing inbound and outbound client communications, the full-time Licensed Client Engagement Specialist will provide exceptional service, identify client needs, and refer clients to Virtual Advisors while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Field inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries related to insurance, financial planning, and account servicing
- Utilize consultative sales skills to uncover client needs and facilitate connections with Virtual Advisors
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily objectives and maintain subject matter expertise in Thrivent's offerings
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- 3+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- FINRA Series 6/63 and Life and Health licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Ability to learn complex program and product knowledge and navigate multiple software applications
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CENTRAL, Monday through Friday
