Licensed Client Executive

Job Summary

Supporting the AVMA Program Executive and Relationship Manager, the full-time Licensed Client Executive will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate marketing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Sustain and grow revenue by providing support to the Program Executive and Relationship Manager
• Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and follow up on action items
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that meet client expectations and profitability goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of industry-related experience in client management, sales, and/or administration
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
• Life and Health, Accident, Personal Lines, Property and Casualty insurance licenses
