Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates for timely transaction closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Oversee end-to-end transaction processing, including expense entry and commission calculations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Active real estate license in good standing in specified states
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
- Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
