Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage transaction processes and enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage non-licensed administrative tasks and contractual deadlines for real estate transactions
• Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation
• Execute end-to-end transaction processing, including expense management and commission calculations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in good standing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
• Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
