Licensed Client Manager

Job Summary

Supporting Agency Account Managers in day-to-day activities, the full-time Client Manager will assist with recruiting, onboarding new agents, and managing agency accounts remotely to drive sales success and growth in the independent agent channel.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of agency accounts, focusing on partner satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Managers while assisting with agency-related account management activities
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new agency partners aligned with growth objectives

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in an agency or with agency partners
• Active Property and Casualty license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and CRM reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
