Job Summary
Managing a designated book of clients, the full-time Licensed Client Manager will serve as the primary contact for insurance needs, lead the renewal and remarketing process, and troubleshoot complex client issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing their insurance needs with minimal oversight
- Lead the renewal and remarketing process, providing consultative guidance on coverage gaps and policy structures
- Troubleshoot complex client issues and manage endorsements, claims inquiries, and audits with high attention to detail
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines
- Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required
- Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems
- Strong understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms
- Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships
