Job Summary
To support client retention and business growth, the remote Licensed Client Manager will provide comprehensive customer service, manage client relationships, and develop new business opportunities while ensuring accurate policy coverage and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Foster relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Develop and implement renewal strategies for existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Conduct marketing activities, negotiate rates, and prepare proposals for insurance coverage
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three or more years of related work experience in Private Client/High Net Worth (HNW) insurance
- Valid insurance license with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of customizable coverages for private clients
