Licensed Client Manager
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support to clients, the full-time Licensed Client Manager will assess needs, assist with grant requests, and facilitate referrals while working remotely to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver equitable and coordinated client-centered care using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches
- Review and recommend grant assistance for health, mental health, and basic living needs while maintaining accurate case records
- Collaborate across departments to implement best practices and share client-focused trends to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health, behavioral health, social services, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, or social services
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with database products for reporting and analytics
- Commitment to confidentiality and cultural competence in diverse community interactions
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
