Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for brokers and employer groups, the full-time Licensed Client Service Manager will ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality support across all service and administrative needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage inquiries and resolve service issues related to claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy while overseeing service workflows and monitoring open cases
  • Collaborate on plan renewals and client needs assessment, ensuring successful documentation and issue resolution
  • Educate new clients and brokers on products and processes, coordinating onboarding and conducting enrollment meetings as necessary
Required qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or related customer-focused roles
  • Experience working with brokers or employer groups
  • Strong understanding of medical insurance products and contracts
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, enrollment platforms, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
