Licensed Client Success Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Success Team, the full-time Associate Client Success Manager will build client relationships, ensure optimal product usage, and assist in onboarding new clients in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients as a strategic partner to enhance loyalty and long-term success
- Provide training and support to clients post-Go Live, ensuring effective use of the product and addressing customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to recommend and implement improvement opportunities based on client feedback
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics
- Strong technical skills with various software platforms and proficiency in MS Excel
- Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist
- Experience with EMR systems
- Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and ready to take on greater responsibilities
