Licensed Client Success Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the policy renewal lifecycle for assigned clients, the full-time Licensed Client Success Specialist will coordinate renewals, compliance activities, and exposure data management while delivering high-quality service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on Stewardship Promises by managing assigned tasks and tracking progress within the Agency Management System
• Independently lead process execution and cross-functional coordination for client renewals and compliance activities
• Resolve issues and ensure accurate and timely execution of all renewal activities while enhancing client experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred
• 1-3+ years of commercial insurance experience in a brokerage, carrier, or client service role
• Must hold or obtain all required insurance licenses for the role and jurisdictions served
• Familiarity with commercial insurance processes and renewal workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Agency Management Systems
