Job Summary
To support a growing mental health initiative, the full-time Licensed Clinical Access Specialist will manage brief mental health assessments, coordinate admissions, and serve as a subject matter expert on state contracts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Complete brief mental health assessments and obtain collateral clinical information for patients via telehealth
- Communicate with external stakeholders to coordinate admissions and ensure timely progression through the intake process
- Track and manage contract-specific admission requirements and documentation needs to support compliance
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline with full licensure for a minimum of 2 years (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC, or equivalent)
- 8+ years of relevant patient experience or equivalent performance
- Experience conducting brief assessments and/or triage, ideally in a remote or telehealth setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate changing workflows
- Experience communicating effectively with external stakeholders
