Licensed Clinical Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Account Executive in Home Health Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient referrals to home health services and ensure patient choice is honored
• Act as a liaison between patients, caregivers, physicians, and the home health agency
• Provide educational in-services regarding home health services to healthcare practitioners

Required Qualifications:

• Formalized clinical training from an accredited institution
• Licensed in the state of practice
• Home health experience
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
