Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Account Executive - Home Health Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates patient referrals to home health services and ensures patient choice is honored
• Acts as a liaison between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and follow-up
• Provides educational in-services about home health services to healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications:

• Formalized clinical training from an accredited institution
• Licensed in the state of practice
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice settings
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
