Licensed Clinical Admissions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Admissions Manager to oversee admissions processes and manage a team dedicated to client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Admissions Assessment Therapists, Associates, and/or Coordinators to achieve departmental objectives
• Oversee intake and assessments of prospective clients for virtual intensive outpatient programming and ensure compliance through monthly chart audits
• Collaborate with various leadership teams to enhance policies and procedures, improve client experiences, and handle escalated cases

Required Qualifications

• Independent mental health licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is required
• Master's degree in mental health or a related field is required
• 2+ years of behavioral health admissions supervisory/management experience is required
• Experience with a wide range of ages and familiarity with electronic medical record systems is essential
• Proficiency in relevant software and project management skills is preferred
