Licensed Clinical Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Sr. Clinical Admissions Specialist will conduct brief mental health assessments, determine clinical fit for families, and complete necessary documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Complete brief mental health assessments and triage for adolescents, young adults, and families via telehealth
• Determine clinical fit, risk level, and appropriate next steps for care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support clinical administrative work as needed

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline and fully licensed for a minimum of 2 years (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC, or equivalent)
• 8+ years of relevant patient experience or equivalent performance
• Experience conducting brief assessments and/or triage, ideally in a remote or telehealth setting
• Strong organizational skills and comfort navigating changing workflows
• Intrinsic motivation to connect patients and families with the right care quickly
